Can I receive updates about my pet during their stay?
Absolutely! We regularly post stories on instagram where you can spot your dog. You can also contact us via WhatsApp or phone for news.
For dogs staying at hotel, we send updates daily via WhatsApp.
How do I contact Woofy in case of an emergency?
For emergencies, please call or WhatsApp us on +41 77 250 63 83.
When do you reply to messages and emails?
You can contact us anytime during our opening hours, which are indicated at the bottom of the page.
We answer quickest via WhatsApp, as soon as we have a free moment during the day. Emails take us a bit longer, between 1-2 days.
