How do I pay for the services?
You can pay online during the booking proess, using your credit card or pre-purchase crédits. You can also select the 'pay later' option and pay directly at Woofy, by Twint or debit/credit card. We do not accept cash payments.
What are packages/credits and how do they work?
Credits are prepaid daycare packages that let you enjoy discounted prices, up to 20% off. They’re valid for 30 days and apply only to Full Day Daycare.

I bought credits but don’t see them yet.
Credits appear only from their start date. If you selected a future activation date, they’ll show up then.
How do I buy credits?
You can purchase credits online, here.
Once payment is confirmed, they’ll automatically appear in your account from their activation date. The activation date is normally on the date of purchase, although you have the option to select a later activation date. In that case, credits will only appear as of selected date.
I booked but forgot to apply my credits - what now?
Credits should be applied during booking. If you forgot, please contact us via WhatsApp and we will retroactively apply your credit. Please note that if your credit has expired, we will not be able to apply it.
What happens if my credits expire?
Credits expire 30 days after activation, even if unused, and unfortunately can’t be retrieved.
Can I use credits for hotel stays or half days?
No. Credits are only valid for Full Day Daycare services. You cannot use a credit to pay for a portion of a hotel fee.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes!
For daycares, you can pre-purchase daycare credits with discount, in the form of packages.
The more credits you pre-purchase, the higher the discount. For hotels, we offer discounts for long stays. - 10% as of 6 nights
- 15% as of 10 nights
- 20% as of 2 weeks
