How do I pay for the services?
Payment will automatically be deduced from the credit card saved on your Collar account. You can also pay directly at Woofy, by Twint or debit/credit card, although we prefer automated payments through Collar. We do not accept cash payments.
What happens if my vouchers expire?
Vouchers have varying expiry dates, which are indicated in the app. Once they expire, they cannot be retrieved.
Do memberships and packages apply on half-day daycare or hotels ?
No. Memberships and packages are only valid for Full Day Daycare services.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes!
For daycares, you can pre-purchase daycare credits with discount, in the form of packages.
The more credits you pre-purchase, the higher the discount.
For hotels, we offer discounts for long stays.
- 10% as of 6 nights
- 15% as of 10 nights
- 20% as of 2 weeks
What's the difference between a membership and a package?
Memberships are for recurring daycare on the same day(s), every week. Packages offer more flexibility, where clients receive vouchers that they can redeem as per their needs.
