Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes, you can do it directly from the link in your confirmation or reminder email, or via your SimplyBook profile. You can also message us on WhatsApp for help. You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. You can cancel for a refund up to 72 hours in advance. Any cancelation or no shows after that will not be refunded.
