How do I book a service for my dog?
Daycare reservations: must be made through our online booking system, available here.
Hotel stays: request via our online request form, email, or WhatsApp.
Your system doesn't allow me to book daycares!
Bookings for daycares are reserved for the Woofy Members Club. To join, you must complete a Woofy Discovery, which includes a half-day trial. Once we observe that your dog acclimates well to the environment and other dogs, we will add you as a member in the booking system. This will grant you access to book our daycare service.
If you still can't book after completing a Woofy Discovery, contact us and we'll fix the issue!
Can I make a booking over the phone or via email?
Yes, we can assist you. Please call us or WhatsApp us.
Can I change my booking after it has been confirmed?
Yes! You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the start of your appointment.
You can reschedule through the link in your booking reminder email, or directly on your SimplyBook profile, under Manage Bookings.

What is Woofy's cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking for a full refund if done at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival time. For detailed information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
