We strive to make the Woofy experience as easy as possible for you !
To help you get started, we've created a guide to easily find your way through our services and booking platform.
I am new to Woofy !
Your first step is to book a Woofy Discovery, which is the trial morning for your dog. Once your dog is accepted as a 'daycare member', you'll gain access to other bookings, like full-day daycare and hotel stays.
Important info:

You must add a payment method so that, on the day of the reservation, payment can automatically be processed. This allows us to spend less time on administrative follow-ups, and more time with your dog !

Once you complete your reservation, download the Collar app. You'll be able to chat with the team, add more info to your dog's profile and manage your booking.

I am now a 'Daycare Member'!
Once you complete your Woofy Discovery, you'll become a 'Daycare Member'. This will grant you access to book other services like full-day daycare or hotel stays.

I want to book a regular daycare

Important info:

If you select repeated bookings, you will not benefit from any discounts. If you want regular daycare, to go memberships or daycare packages.

Payment for your bookings will be automatically deducted from the credit card saved in your account, on the day of the reservation.
I want regular daycare every week.
Do you want to setup weekly daycare on the same day of the week, every week ? Sign up for a membership! You'll benefit from discounted price while keeping things flexible and easy.
Important info:

You can reschedule individual reservations for future dates.

You will be billed everything, on the same date, for the upcoming month's weekly daycares.

You can reserve extra daycare days at the same discounted rate of your membership.

You can pause or cancel your membership anytime.

I want regular daycares but with more flexibility!
If you need more flexibility than a monthly membership, then go for a pack of 5 daycares! You'll benefit from a discount and your daycare vouchers will be available for 90 days.

I want to book a hotel stay.
If you plan travels and wish to book a hotel stay for your dog, you must first do a hotel trial night. This allows your dog to get accustomed to the night environment at Woofy before spending more nights with us. Once the trial night is completed and your dog was able to sleep calmly, we'll validate your account to book longer hotel stay, directly on the app.

Payment Methods
By card

For ad-hoc bookings: the amount will be debitted on the day of the booking

For memberships with monthly billing: the amount will be debitted at the start of each month as per your membership's start date.
By voucher

Package of 5 daycares: if you purchased a package of 5 daycares, your account will receive 5 vouchers. These vouchers will automatically be applied when you reserve full-day daycares. the amount will be debitted on the day of the booking.

Ad-hoc vouchers: if you received vouchers for any reason, you can copy-paste the code from the 'voucher' section in the app to then use it at check-out.
By credit
On Collar, reimbursements can be made in the form of monetary credits. You can use these credits during checkout.
Payments on site at Woofy
We can accept payments on site for ad-hoc bookings. However, for memberships or regular bookings, we kindly ask you to update your card details on the app, so payments can be automated. This means we spend less time on admin, more time with your dog.
Contacting us

Collar: for existing clients, the best place to contact us is through Collar ! This way, we can keep track of all conversations, booking requests and information about your dog.

WhatsApp: For new clients, quickest and easiest way to reach us is through WhatsApp. We try to reply as quickly as possible, within the same day.

Email: Replies may take 1–2 working days.
We reply during our opening hours, Monday to Friday from 07:45 to 19:00. If you write to us on a weekend, we will reply to you during weekdays. The only exception is for hotel clients, who's dogs are staying with us, who will receive messages from us during the weekends too.
🐶 Sometimes the dogs take all our attention (and we wouldn’t have it any other way), so messages can be delayed. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
