Your dog has officially completed their Woofy Discovery and is now part of the Woofy family.
This page includes all the info for you to book our services,
use your credits, manage your bookings, and contact us easily.

Booking Daycares & Hotels
Daycare
You can book all daycare services directly online through our SimplyBook platform.
On this platform, you can book:

Full-day daycare
-
Last minute full-day daycare (1 slot unlocked 24 hours ahead)

Half-day daycare (morning or afternoon)

Weekend daycare (available on selected weekends)
Each of these are listed as separate services on our booking platform. For example, if you need daycare on a Saturday, you must select the 'Saturday & Sunday Full-Day Daycare', instead of the standard Full-Day Daycare.
Tip: If the date you want isn’t available online, don’t hesitate to contact us! We sometimes have “secret” spots we can unlock just for you! 😉

Modifying daycare reservations
You can modify your reservation up to 24 hours ahead, through:

Cancellations must be made 72 hours ahead for a full refund. Please refer to our FAQ or Terms & Conditions page for our policies on cancellations & refunds.
Hotel stays
Hotel stays cannot be booked online, like daycares. Instead, they can be requested via:

If your dog has never stayed overnight before, we recommend starting with a trial night or shorter daycare to help them adapt to the night environment at Woofy. It’s a gentle way to ensure they feel safe and at home.
Payment Methods
Confirming your bookings
When booking daycare, you must select a payment method to confirm your reservation:

Pay online with a credit card, when making your reservation

Pre-purchased credits, when making your reservation

Pay later: Twint or debit/credit card, when picking-up your dog at Woofy
⚠️ If you don’t confirm a payment type during the reservation process, your booking will time out automatically and your booking will not be registered.
Hotel stays can be paid via: paid during check-out, via:

Payment link, sent afterwards by Woofy, to pay online via credit card
Packages with Pre-Purchased Credits
If you need regular daycare, packages allow you purchase daycare credits with discounts from 8% to 20%, depending on the package size.

Credits only apply for Full-day daycares and are valid for 30 days from their activation date, which is your date of purchase (unless you select a later start date).
You must purchase and pay online for the credits to be added to your account. Once expired, unused credits are deleted automatically and unfortunately cannot be retrieved.
How Credits Work

Purchase your credits online here. You must pay online for the credits to activate.

When making your reservations, apply your credits during check-out. Your available credits will appear when you arrive to the payment step, when you need to select payment method.
⚠️ You cannot apply credits retroactively, after you made your reservation. If you forget to apply them during check-out, you can ask the Woofy team to do it for you, as an exception.
⚠️ Credits have an expiry date, always indicated in your account. If your credits expire before you use them, we cannot retrieve them and they are lost. We cannot apply your discounted price after the expiry.
ℹ️ If you purchased a pack but the credits do not appear at check-out, it's because they are not activated yet. Credits automatically activate on the day of purchase, unless you've selected a later start date. In that case, they will appear in your account only starting the selected date.

WhatsApp: The quickest and easiest way to reach us! We try to reply as quickly as possible, within the same day.

Email: Replies may take 1–2 working days.
We reply during our opening hours, Monday to Friday from 07:45 to 19:00. If you write to us on a weekend, we will reply to you during weekdays. The only exception is for hotel clients, who's dogs are staying with us, who will receive messages from us during the weekends too.
🐶 Sometimes the dogs take all our attention (and we wouldn’t have it any other way), so messages can be delayed. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
What are the vaccination requirements for my pet
Your pet must be vaccinated against Kennel Cough, Leptospirosis, and should be dewormed every 3 months and treated for parasites monthly.
If the expiry date of a vaccination is within 1 month of an upcoming booking, we will request that you reschedule your booking until the relevant vaccination is repeated.
Dog must be healthy without any signs for sickness for at least 30 days before your reservation.
Do you allow non-castrated dogs?
Yes! As long as your dog can integrate smoothly into our environment, we are happy to take care of them.
My dog is in heat, can she still come?
For safety and calm in the group, dogs in heat unfortunately can’t attend daycare or hotel stays during that time. They must wait until the full cycle is completed. This includes 2-3 weeks of waiting period after the dog stops bleeding.
Are there any restrictions on the breeds of dogs you accept?
We are not permitted to accept American Staffordshire Terrier (Amstaff), American Pit Bull Terrier (Pit Bull Terrier) and Rottweiler breeds. These breeds are classified and require a special permit that Woofy does not have.
Please check with local regulations or contact us for more information on specific breed restrictions.
What if my pet has special dietary needs?
No problem! The Woofy Discovery includes discussion on your dog's specific needs, including any dietary restrictions. You can also inform us of any special dietary needs during the booking process and/or when you drop-off your dog. Appropriate measures will be taken accordingly.
Do you give food to my dog during their time at Woofy?
If your dog needs to eat during their daycare, you must bring their food. Each dog has their own nutrition and we prefer giving them their usual food.
For hotel stays, you must bring food for the entirety of their stay.
What if my pet requires veterinary care while at Woofy?
If deemed necessary based on staff observations, Woofy will seek veterinary care for your pet. All associated costs will be the responsibility of the owner. If your regular veterinarian is not too far away, we will contact them. Otherwise, we will refer to CityVet near Woofy Beaulieu.
Is my pet insured while in your care?
We recommend that all pets are insured. Woofy is not liable for any illness, injury, or accident during your pet’s stay.
